Hi, I’m Elizabeth! As a registered dietitian with over 15 years of experience teaching college-level nutrition and health courses, I’m passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their well-being through evidence-based nutrition.

I specialize in women’s health, helping women navigate the unique nutritional needs of PCOS, perimenopause, and post-menopause, including strategies to support hormonal balance, bone health, and healthy aging. I also work with individuals seeking sustainable weight management, guiding them toward long-term success with personalized, realistic nutrition plans.
